Flash-a-loosa!

June 6, 2001--Penny, Jake's very own pony, gives birth to a chestnut appaloosa colt who Jake names "Flash." Flash is VERY flashy, with a snowflake blanket on his rump, a pretty white star on his forehead, a little white snip on his nose, and two white socks in back!

"OK, Son; it's time to get up now! You've been lying around for five minutes already, and now it's time to learn to walk!"

"Come on, Flash; you can do it!"

"Here, let me give you a little shove...I mean help!"

"Upsy-daisy! There you go!"

"Hey, Mom, come on! I finally get up, and you decide to lie down?!"

"Now that's more like it; bath time!"

"Hmmm...maybe I'll just take a little rest while my new cowboy checks me out."

"My Mom and my brother Jake sure love me!"

"I guess Mom decided to take another little nap while we boys get to know each other better. I wonder what she's so tired from?"

"I sure love my Mom!"

"And my Mom sure loves me!"
